Glasgow Herald Columnist, Alan Taylor was the proud father at his daughter's humanist ceremony in January 2012.
"Traditionalists will doubtless throw up their arms in shock and horror, emphasising solemnity and seriousness and all that jazz. Were there ever two more awful words than 'holy matrimony'?"
