The Humanist Society invites its members to donate blood in a fun and festive way.
We have our next organized trip to donate blood planned for the 1st of February 2008. We meet for lunch at the Chaplaincy at 12:00 and with sugar in our bloodstream we go to 41 Lauriston Place. Please, send us a short email if you plan to join us so we know who is coming (or RSVP on our Facebook group). If this time is not suitable for you, or you do not want or cannot wait, below are the times at which the centre in Edinburgh is open. BLOOD DONOR CENTRE 41 Lauriston Place They are open: MONDAY & FRIDAY 10.00 am – 4.00 pm TUESDAY – THURSDAY 12.00 pm – 7.30 pm SATURDAY 10.00 am - 1.00 pm All they ask is half an hour of your time. Please have a snack before you donate blood. |
