Philosophy Group: Man for Himself, by Eric Fromm

You are cordially invited to join the next session of five Wednesday
evenings at 7.30 p.m. at the Quaker Meeting House Library to discuss Eric
Fromm's book Man for Himself. (Obtainable from Word-Power, 0131-662-9112).
The task this book sets out to do is no less that to identify "What Man is,
how he ought to live, and how tremendous energies within man can be released
and used productively."

3. 13th. February " Harriet - Chap. IV 1-3. Selfishness, Self-Love,

Relative. Universal v Socially.

5. 12th. March " Nigel - Chap. 5. The Moral Problem of Today.
