The Membership Services Sub-committee is responsible for the receipt of and accurate recording of all membership applications to the Society. They also provide relevant statistics to the Board of Trustees.

They must ensure timely and effective response to potential members’ enquiries, the welcome to new members, the timely issuing of membership cards and in conjunction with the Treasurer, tracking paying decisions, by BSO, annually or monthly. Ensures accurate recording of Life memberships and initiates renewal and final reminder documentation to the right persons at the right times. Provides accurate lists of members as required for the Board of Trustees and Local Group secretaries.  Transfers all payments received to the Treasurer. 
Ensures prompt liaison with the Secretary, Treasurer, Editor, Webmasters and Local Group Secretaries on all matters affecting the efficient running of the Society.
