The purpose of the Funeral Wishes documents is to help you to plan for your own funeral.  It is expected that you would keep a copy of this document with your other important documents such as your will.
When the time comes, it can be a great comfort to your nearest and dearest to be able to conform to your wishes; it will take the uncertainty out of what your wishes are.
In the document, we suggest various options for the disposal of your body, from burial to its donation to science. You should consider how the ceremony to celebrate your life will take place, if you have donated your body to science there will be no committal.  If you wish your burial to be in a green burial ground, there may be difficulty of access to your nearest and dearest. 

The Funeral Wishes documents are available in 2 versions, the full form with notes for guidance and an abreviated form, both versions are published in Microsoft Word and Open Office formats, for editing on a computer, and also as a portable document format (pdf) for printing and completing by hand.
