  <title><![CDATA[Steve Chinn appointed as next General Secretary of HSS]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[<p>The Board of Trustees is delighted  to be able to announce the appointment of Stephen Chinn as General Secretary to  succeed John Bishop. We anticipate that Steve will take up this work later in  the Summer. Leslie Mitchell, Chair of HSS said “we’re  all delighted that Steve is to become our next General Secretary. His hard work  and commitment to HSS have already made their mark in many areas of what we do.  I hope that all our members will give Steve the support he not only needs, but  deserves as he takes up this contract”.<p/>
