Talk on Confucius and Annual General Meeting Print
Monday, 17 March 2008, 18:00 - 20:30

He had no divine inspiration and he offered no 'way of salvation'. Yet, it is claimed that he changed the course of history. Twenthieth century scholarship has thrown new light on the life and times of Confucius and his teachings. The speaker, Joan Gibson, asks "Is it possible that the current resurgence of interest in Confucius might also kindle an interest in Humanism?"
